Training tender/bid template

default-16x9

Hi all,

I'm here again, trying to get something for nothing!

Week three of my new venture and work/interest is starting to come in. I have two or three tenders/proposals call them what you will for potential clients. I wondered if there was a good template out there, or if you could advise on the headings I should include? I'm in the process of designing my own; i.e. Aims, scope of the work, timescales, contingencies, resources, costs etc. but would be interested to know if you've used anything that seems to work really well.

Thanks again for your help.

Adrian.

  1. Thoughts that might help

    Hi Adrian

Congratulations on new venture.  Here are some thoughts on headings.

    Executive Summary (write last)

    Our understanding of your requirements

    Responding to your requirements

    Our team

    Fees and other matters

Any detailed stuff put in an appendix.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks SO much, I need all the help I can muster! I want to get everything right, which I know won’t always happen, huge learning curve at the moment!
