The Institute of Direct Marketing has recruited 30 students for its inaugural Graduate Fast Track programme.
The IDM plans to enable the 30 to climb to the upper rungs of the recruitment ladder with a week-long programme, during which graduates will be schooled school in all the tools and techniques of effective direct, data and digital marketing.
In all 204 students, from 75 of the UK's 104 universities applied for the IDM Graduate Fast Track.
The intensive programme incorporates a case study from a leading brand a visit to the Tullo Marshall Warren agency and concludes with presentations by the students to representatives of the sponsoring organizations.
