Training to Non-English speaking staff

default-16x9

I am looking for some advice on how to go about training staff who do not speak English. I can have documents translated but training delivery would need to be done via an Interpretor. Does anyone have any experience/advice to offer in training in this manner?

  1. Not personally
I’ve got no experience in this area personally but I met a trainer who’d delivered customer service training to non-english speakers and they used a lot of drawing and role-play mime exercises to demonstrate their learning.

This worked particularly well in the circumstances as not only were the attendees not english speakers but the delegates also spoke several different languages from each other.
