Can anyone recomend a training venue in central Manchester for up to 20 delegates for a 1 or 2 day course (a main room + at least 1 breakout room + refreshments, accomodation optional)

Try the Manchester Cobference Centre,Weston Building,SAckville Street.UMIST I am running courses there over the next few Saturdays.
Town Hall and all musuems offer good fscilities. Additionally the Town Hall have produced an annual guide to conference/training venues in their city

I was in an Initial Style Conference Centre the other day and noticed they had just opened two centres in Manchester. They are centres actually designed for training and trainers. Great facilities, free coffee etc., check them out – they also have a trainers club where you get extra support and discounts.
