1. Change programme
   I currently use “Who moved my cheese”. it is a bit cheesy but is very worth while.

2. Change Video
   Hi Jackie,

   you could try one called “Change”. It is by either Gower or Melrose and shows, through a drama situation (not comedy like many around) how not to manage change and how to do it more effectively. The video also has a recap section and a series of short clips to use to stimulate discussion (what would you do now?). If you can’t locate it through your normal channels, let me know and I’ll point you in the direction of a rental source. Regards, Gary
