the series Dad’s Army is commonly available and contains many brilliant moments that draw on the areas you seek…..notwithstanding that it is set in the past, in a strict hierarchy and it is full of middle class, white males (and I’m sure the next answer will be from someone to remind you to ensure that you abide by copyright!)
Topical at present (Sadly) for the communication issue you could probably do worse that the Two Ronnies “Four Candles” sketch.

Hi Anna Maria, I use the short film ‘For the Birds’ from the start of the Monsters Inc video. Its very good to show how conflict can arise due to competition for resources and diversity in a team! Have a look at it and see what you think.
