If you enjoy making lists, and taking tests, this book is for you! Author Carole Gaskell says she studied with "the world’s leading coach training organisation, CoachU." Her book cover tells us, "Whatever you’d like to change, Carole Gaskell will guide you through an interactive step-by-step process ...to achieve the results you want." Ms Gaskell tells us that working with a lifecoach helped "bring my life back into balance." (Pg. 14)
The book is in two parts and ten steps. First, through a series of lists and the quiz process the reader is to develop a firm foundation, to discover who they are and what they want, and what standards and values they have. In the later part of the book the reader is to set goals with time frames and action plans.
Initially the reader is told to use the book as they wish, not to worry about reading it from beginning to end. Whether it’s step three, "Spring Clean Your life" or "step six, clarify your vision and goals." The reader is free from constraints. There are no chapters but steps. Capital letters are not used except in headings. There is "part two step six, heading: Develop an Inspiring Vision of your
Future."
At the conclusion of each step a Real Results paragraph case study is given. People leave their jobs, start companies of their own, have babies and are very fulfilled living moment to moment.
