Treating Customers Fairly: Any Ideas for Exercises?

default-16x9

Hello Everyone. I am looking to deliver introductory TCF training to one of our suppliers and am looking for ideas for exercises to bring the session to life.

At present I shall be asking the learners to brainstorm how each of the 6 TCF outcomes can be demonstrated in their day-to-day activities. However, I am looking for one more exercise to make this more of a workshop-based session. Any ideas?

    Hi Karl

I deliver this training a fair amount

    Heres some ideas

    – Get the group to do a presentation on how we could treat a customer unfairly

    – Design a series of case studies that your group works on in small syndicates that defines whether a customer has been treated fairly or unfairly

-Have your group design and present two presentations, one being the benefits of implementation and the consequences of failure

You can also link TCF principles to sales or customer service training which takes the “dryness” out of it

Hope this helps, I’ll be adding more articles/free resources on these subjects soon so keep an eye on the website

    Thanks
