    Hi Tom,

    try MANAGING CHANGE from Melrose Productions. It consists of 3 parts:
    a) a 30 minute drama video
    b) a 5 minute summary video
    c) a series of short video triggers to stimulate discussion

    Once you have seen this, the principle is easy to see and you could establish your own footage of triggers at a very reasonable cost. I have some contacts in video production firms if you are interested and have scripted/directed a coaching skills video in the past.
