Two Associate Management Trainers Required

default-16x9

Well it seems that trainingzone is a very active community so I'm just going to post my request here:

Small but growing 1-day training company http://traininaday.com. I am looking for an associate trainer in the South East and one in the North West. The maximum day rate is £400. You should be commutable without the need for accommodation (to keep client costs low) and receive £50 travel. How you get to the client is your choice providing you arrive fresh, organised and in plenty of time.

These are 'Off-the-shelf' in-house management training courses to SME's. These are usually 'one hit' training requirements. They will typically NOT have a training budget and so client cost is their most important factor.

The core courses currently are:

Introduction to Management

Meeting Management

Motivating Employees

Teamwork and Team-building

Communication Skills

I am looking for someone who will be supportive and help grow the business. This is NOT currently a role for someone who wants to deliver TNA, design courses et al. All the course materials are provided but very happy to work to improve these.

In the future, the next step is to deliver bespoke management and leadership development programs under LDA Academy plus mobile and online learning. I am looking for someone who will be able to deliver this approach too.

If you want to deliver and design bespoke courses to Ford then this probably isn't for you. If you are looking for an additional source of work to your small but growing network, and you are good at what you do, and are happy with the renumeration then this could be for you. Please send me any C.V., website or relevant information to [email protected] and I look forward to hearing from you - insurance a must and NOT VAT registered is good.

Thanks,

Carl Duncker

  1. Leo Lourdes – Trainer

    Hi Carl,

    Thanks for posting.

This associate role sounds ideal for me. I have been a management trainer now for 10 years. I specialise in running short courses from sales, communication to management skills. So am a good all rounder. I currently run courses for leading UK training company London Corporate Training and international company Tack international where I headlining their sales course. So I am used to running material that is off the shelf as such. But my ability is to make it feel tailored for whomever I am running it to. I have an interactive style which is formed from my experience as a performance coach.

Since I live in London near to Euston station, and close walk to Oxford Circus tube I can pretty much get anywhere quickly. What attracted me to this post, is this is exactly what I have been looking for. I get paid £400 for the open course rate that I do at the moment, so the rate you are offering is fine.

Also I have worked with a lot of headline brands that will impress your SME client base such as Disney, Warner Bros, Sky, Channel 4, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Tottenham Hotspur FC, Shell etc. I am looking to work more with SME's as I think it will be more worthwhile as a trainer to help companies gear more into their future success be made through the support of training. Some startups and smes although do not have the largest budgets, actually have the largest ideas that need to be managed into reality.

I would like to arrange a meeting so we can discuss this opportunity in more detail. Either in person or by Skype if that is better for you.

    Thanks,
    Leo

  2. Thank you

Thank you to everyone who responded. Think I have enough to be looking into now. Thank you for your time if you have made contact – I will be contacting those that seem a good fit in the coming days. Carl Duncker
