UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Training Resources?

I am looking to design a UAT Training course/s aimed at staff within my company who undertake the testing of our computer systems. It is going to be aimed at novices right through to experienced testers and I want to cover everything from a basic introduction, techniques, good practice and ongoing assessment and evaluation. I am also interested in combining this with a qualification and I am looking into ISEB at the moment and its suitability to our needs. Can anyone recommend any sites, resources or material which may be able to assist?

    have you contacted the IITT or the BCS?

    I know the BCS have UAT standards for software so may be able to assist
