The TUC is set to pilot online work-life balance training.
As part of TUC’s online learning strategy, two courses will be available to union reps, accessed through the interne.
The courses, based on Changing Times: a TUC guide to work-life balance, is intended to equip union representatives to negotiate and organise for work-life balance.
TUC said the organisation of working time was central to the trade union agenda and that it was responding to union members' needs to devote time to their lives outside of work
