There are a number of organisations that offer employment law training, I’d recommend the following:
Your Lawyers – speak to your company lawyers and see what they offer. Most are able to recommend or pull together an in-house course specifically for what you want.
CIPD – http://www.cipd.co.uk/CMSTraining/Employment+Law/Employment+Law.htm They have an international law section.
JSB – website at http://www.jsbonline.com/ go into ‘What We Offer’, select ‘Public Courses’ and you’ll see a section on ‘Employment Law and Best Practice’.
