Using Music during training

default-16x9

I am exploring the possibility of using music in my training sessions as an accelerated learning technique. I have been made aware that I need a licence from Phonographic Performance Ltd and Performing Rights Society. Has anyone used music during training and what class of licence do you hold?

If you go to Pineapple Consulting’s website (http://www.pineappleconsulting.co.uk) they have a link to a book you can buy that explains how to go about getting the correct licence for your needs and how to use music in training. (It’s less than a tenner for a double whammy!)

It’s written by a couple of consultants from the site; it looks a great tool to have – they are active writers in People Management Magazine and I’ve found their stuff useful.

    Hope this helps.
