We are interested in using Six Sigma methodology for HR related projects and can not find many examples outside of engineering and production. Is there anyone who has experience of using Six Sigma tools and techniques for Hr or non engineering type projects?
I would love to exchange ideas and views on using the approach.

LEAN SG&A
I am involved in LEAN SG&A which is basically, HR, Finance, Admin and using the nil waste mentality and value streams to “Lean” our support services in line with operational areas. I belive there are many similarities between “LEAN” and Six Sigma. If this is of interest i would be happy to exchange ideas
