In a traditional setting, an instructor or proctor is present while the test is being administered. Often a picture idea is requirred before taking the test to insure security and to prevent potential opportunities for cheating. Online testing is really more of an honor system, where it is hoped that the learner is the one taking the test and it is not being taken "open book." I would like to know what problems my colleagues have had in this area and how have they resolved them in both the academic as well as the business world?
