I am currently working on a training session regarding company values to introduce them in an induction. I want to make it interactive, short and memorable and it will not be an experienced trainer delivering them. I have no budget and 8 weeks to think about it.
Any bright ideas would be more than welcome.

Get them to draw on flip a colourful company ‘Shield’ that they believe illustrates the values of the business.
