Hi, can you help? A 3 day course needs some spicing up with examples of contemporary/historical projects that have gone to plan or disasterously wrong. Any ideas? There are good TV programmes (e.g. 'Grand Designs' recently)but how can one get hold of these tapes?

One example I use is the Sydney Opera House (massively over-budget). Everyone will also know the film Titanic – this was 6 months late & $150m over budget but still won 11 Oscars.
Do check the copyright rules before playing any taped TV programmes on a training course – I suspect this breaches copyright.
