I am reviewing current systems and providers for an annual conference that can be broadcast from main venue to one or more locations with voice and image interaction between panellists and attendees. Does anybody have a good experience or reference regarding technology and supplier? Additionally does anyone have a good or not so good firsthand experience as client or attendee?

Datmedia have been doing this as part of their offer for quite a while now.

For a maybe simpler solution, then you might consider a managed service from vendors who use web-conferencing systems such as Adobe Connect Pro. I can recommend Premiere Global as one such vendor.
