Does anyone know of a good, preferably short , video on conducting staff development and review? I’d like to avoid the word appraisal if possible. I would like it to be short 15 – 20 mins maximum and preferably quite up to date?

    Seven Dimensions offer a number of excellent resources for performance review and feedback training. Practical and good value for money, IMO.
