I run workshops which teach people to undertake observations of teaching and training sessions in the funded learning sector. I use videos which are specific to these contexts. I would like to offer the workshop in the commercial training sector and need to find some relevant videos. Ideally it would be of trainers delivering things like Customer Service or Team Leadingh or other relatively generic training. Searches on Interweb nave thus far produced nothing of value.
Any help much appreciated.

Sean, there is a wealth of training videos on a plethora of subjects (including those you mentioned) on YouTube. Why not use those? You may need to ask the author’s permission to use them in your training, but I’m sure if you flattered them ("I’d like to offer this up as an example of how to do things correctly", for example), they would give permission.
Alternatively, advertise on the web, asking trainers to submit their video clips. You can also film bits of the seminars you attend yourself.
