We have been using webinar technology for some time and find it very useful but we would like the option of being able to see our learners in other offices when we are training them.  We have multiple sites with IT training rooms in each site and we sometimes need to run a training session across all sites at the same time and it would be great if all learners could feel part of the same session even though the trainer might be in a training room in Bristol with a few learners and the other learners are dotted around the country in our other training rooms.  We have considered use of webcams of course but wonder if anyone has used any slick technology that allows you to acheive a virtual training session that is running simultaneously in multiple locations with the added bonus of being able to remote to and help any learner should they need it.  Any responses gratefully received!
