Currently the documents shared with new staff explaining how to implement a product for a customer is explained in a cumbersome process flow; then repeated in a swim lane format.
My desire is to convey very high level information in a visually pleasing manner. Preferably using images, clip art and the like.
I'd love to hear your ideas.
