Hi. I am a trainer working in the travel technology industry.
Our virtual classes are designed to run for approximately one hour and the content is based on a computer reservation system (providing IT and industry knowledge).
I am hoping to discover some tips on how to check that a delegate is looking at the correct screen / area of the screen / symbol that the trainer is concentrating on. Or tips on how to stimulate a community feeling between delegates from different companies attending the same virtual class. Or any other tips that you think maybe of use!!! Thanks. Claire
