Can you help us manage a lot of change which is going to be happening in the organisation over the next few years. This includes moving, new buildings , new contracts etc.
We have 90 staff of varying ages, experiences and abilities. They generally are activists and reflectors. They like lots of interactive learning and action plans to help them embed new theories and consider the impication at work and on themselves. Most of the staff have had some training on managing change.
can you recoomend a training group that do this or have dne this in your organisation.
