Weekend Training Event

Hi All,

I am running a sales training workshop for 3 delegates on a Friday and Saturday. I'm looking for ideas on how to open the Saturday morning session, with something that's lively and fun and relevant. The delegates will be residential at the venue.

personally…

…I’d start by trying to assess how they genuinely feel about giving up a Saturday for work related training…….but that’s just me! Since it is a sales training course you could ask them how the idea of giving up half a weekend was ‘sold’ to them.
