What e-learning methods are best?

default-16x9

Plenty of articles are written about the success of e-learning methods and also about what the benefits are. Also plenty is written saying the values which should motivate a e-learning coursse to get the most from it. Despite this, however, little has ever been written on how to deliver a blended e-learning course, methodically, with the best results rather than just saying how good they are and what they do for a company.

  1. Well, it all depends…
I would warn against coming up with a fixed idea on how to approach elearning. Just as with face to face sessions, the method of delivery will differ depending on the subject matter being addressed.

I like to try to approach each new project with a clean slate, asking the question “What is it FOR?”

That said, there are a few things worth remembering, most of which can be found in Cathy Moore’s excellent blog, especially this post on action-based learning.

If you are really interested in learning more about blended or e-learning and how to make it work for your business, why don’t you have a look at our website http://www.ontrackinternational.com and click on ‘OnTrack Blended Learning Week’. It’s a week of free webinars and could really help.
    Many thanks
