There are probably a few things I would add to this list but I will keep it simple. Respect (for self and others) but the most important one for me is creativity. I think the leaders of the future are going to be those people who can do things differently. Not just follow the pack, the latest trend, whatever the consultants say, whatever the latest New York best seller self help book says, but those who lead by the strength of their own individual creative insight.

Thanks for your comment – yes I agree with you, the best leaders (and certainly the most memorable) will stand out from the crowd. Respect is also crucial – something that will be gained by having good judgement.
