I have recently started a job share at fairly senior level which is not day specific. My job share partner and I want to instigate an evaluation system for the job share that will focus on specific performance indicators. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what these could be? I was thinking about a 360 degree evaluation but want some ideas on what we could evaluate and how to make it specific. Any assistance would be much appreciated

It might help to know which kind of job
Without knowing the kind of job but some could be:
Cases resolved per month/year
Meetings attended or peple seen if feasible
Achievements
