My orghanisations has developed its own learning materials which are currently on Mircosoft Word. These documents will be stored on a web site so that they can be downloaded and filled in by particpants and then emailed back.
My probem is that using form fields in word works ok, but are not always received as sent and this causes a number of people problems.
Is there any software which can be used to create documents that can include text boxes, check boxes, drop down lists etx that are received as sent or downloaded?
I have looked at Adobe Acrobat 5 which appears to fit the bill, but seems to have limitations with the form field function. It appears that you need to use a web browser and submit this way? I have not yet tried the full version. I have gleaned this information off the web site.
Alternatively a few tips with getting the Word documents to download and print as intended would be helpful.
