What’s your return like on Level 1 feedback using an e-learning website?

default-16x9

Hi there.

In the past our Level 1 feedback forms have always been completed at the end of a training day, on paper and then collected by the facilitators. These would then be fed back into a central team to sort and analyse the data.

This year we introduced our e-learning platform and now ask all learners to complete feedback post training, on line as well as going on and completing a method of assessment.

When in the face to face sessions we would on avergae get 90-95% return but our first lot of feedback online is coming out at 75%.

I'm just wondering how that compares to other organisations? Do you collect Level 1 feedback via an e-learning tool, or through a different method post training? What's your return like on average?

I'm keen to hear your thoughts.

Thanks, Simon

  1. Hi Simon

    Hi Simon

We have approx 85% return using an e platform. Not sure what we had before that as it's been going a while.

We're pretty happy with that as it's a mix of quantitative  and qualitaitive and gives us an overall picture along with some detail to dive into should we need it.

How soon do your surveys go out after the course?

What we're trying to focus on is getting beyond the Level 1 evaluation as we need to get underneath this and also tell us our story. Do you do anything beyond L1?
