Where can I recruit a training administrator?

default-16x9

Can anyone recommend a publication or website to recuite an administrator/office manager? They will work in a training/consultancy environment, but all the training and HR websites are too focussed on Training and HR!

The general recruitment websites are quite expensive. Any ideas.

  1. Career management firms
Just an idea, but a very cost effective (and more lateral!) way of recruiting good people is via the outplacement firms. If you call them and speak to one of the consultants, they will usually circulate the vacancy and ensure that those working with relevant people know. There are some very good people coming out at the moment through no fault of their own and this may be a real win win! If you want names / contact details please mail me back.

  2. try reed.co.uk
I agree with the previous respondent about outplacement companies. I also had success using Reed.co.uk which was a freeby
