Where to promote

default-16x9

As my profile points out I run a telemarketing company, we now have moved into the area of Telemarketing Training for companies wishing to keep their telemarketing In-house but have the quality of an outsourced company.I would be greatful for any suggestions on where we should be promoting our training services.

Thanks in advance

  1. $64M question
if you find the answer …tell the world…
This is the challenge – if it were easy every provider would be doing it…. and getting it right first time.

To begin with – what sectors, what topics, what level… any segmentation…
you need to give specifics as each part of the market is heavily segmented…

  2. Explaination
    Mike thanks for your message.

I should be clearer in what I am asking for. What I meant was are their any other websites like this that have forums, tenders etc.

We offer telemarketing training, Bailey Aaron Training is part of the the EbonyBailey Group. Which offers outsourced telemarketing facilities. So now we are looking to offer inhouse teams training too.
No specific sector as what we do can be used anywhere.

  4. training based forums
    Hi Michael

    The key forums are:
UKBF (but you know that one 😉 )
    Here
    http://www.HRzone.co.uk
    http://www.personneltoday.com

Other sites where you can buy advertising space include:
All the sift sites (excellent market penetration)
    http://www.trainerbase.co.uk
    http://www.trainingjournal.co.uk
    http://www.itol.org

The training world is a diverse market place and notoriously difficult to access.
Other options for promotion include conferences – Harrowgate, HRD, WOLCE etc..

Have you considered writing articles on how to do telemarketing? As this will not only create market awareness, but indicate the level of interest (as I suspect you have no idea about the potential size of the market sector, or indeed its interest in purchasing your services)

  5. Forums
    Michael,

I would aslo suggest the following, which have forums and advertising space available:-

http://www.businessballs.com (just recently added an advertising forum for consultants/trainers/coaches etc..)

http://www.trainerslibrary.com (you can advertise your services through a link, they also have a forum called Trainers Market where trainers can submit work to be used and sold, you get a certain % every time someone buys your material)

Have you looked at Magazines such as CCF (Call Centre Focus) and Call Centre specific recruiting agencies such as Cactus Search, and Call Centre Managers (they too have a magazine)

    kindest regards
    Buffy
