Silver Lining may help…

I met Mark Norton from a company called Silver Lining yesterday. They have a generic peice of software that allows you to write your own internet/intranet questionnaires, tests, 360’s, surveys etc. Their software simply gives you the tool, together with all the reporting functions to slice up the results in pretty much any way you want.
