I am trying to research the role of women in the oil & gas industry. I am looking for any information around the following subjects: the proportion of women in the industry, whether women are employed off-shore (what special conditions are there - if any, proportion to men, etc.), proportion of women in managment roles in the oil & gas industry, proportion of women entering the industry as graduates, etc.
