We are about to hire an accountant, but since we had some bad expiriences I am suppose to find some games in order to test the person's moivation for a job and their willigness to develop and learn. I am a Business Trainer with littleh experience in that praticiluar area, so I would very much appreciate some help on the topic.

As a first step, why not get your applicants to complete our (free) motivation questionnarie on line. This is currently being validated (hense it’s free) and so should not be used to de-select people on its own. It may be useful, however, in pointing you in the right direction regarding questions to ask at interview. The questionnarie can be found at http://www.pmsleurope.co.uk on the Freebie page.
