Hi,

I just finished my Career Development Certificate Program. Got an interview in the coming Friday. I'm confused about one of the questions listed on the job description "What is the most significant challenge in supporting youth to find employment and how will you with them to overcome that barrier to long term attachment to the labour market".

Is there anybody out there can help me with that? Thank you.

    I’m sure they would be happy to help and probably give you lots of useful advice for working with young people.
