working with dyslexic adults

default-16x9

I was asked the question at a trainer training I did recently about how one deals with the impact of dyslexia when young adults come on a training course.

I have no idea. Any thoughts?

    Katryn,
This subject has been discussed various times on TrainingZONE. If you put ‘Dyslexia’ in the top right hand search box you will be able to view the responses.

My partner is dyslexic and recently had some training to help her cope with the administration side of her job. Part of this included setting the white colours on her pc to display as a pale green. Apparently a green background makes it easier for a dyslexic person to read words.
