I am looking to carry out a training session on Working with Groups. Anyone got any ideas where I can get any information from on this subject.

A good start
Yes a good place to start is David Jaques’s book Learning in Groups, Jaques.D. (2000) 3rd Ed. London, Kogan Page.
I work with David now and then and we both do a lot with group work but his book is a good start.
