World Class Indicators – Business Performance

World Class Indicators are performance standards designed to measure business excellence, potentially originating from World Class Selling Indicators. Originally expected from Harvard Business Review around 1999, these seven or eight key standards help organizations evaluate operational performance and competitive positioning in their industry.

Has anyone got details of the 7 (or it may be 8) standards that make up World Class Indicators for business performers. These were due to be published by the Harvard Business Review, I believe somtime in 1999. The indicators may have originated from a similar set of standards called the World Class Selling Indicators.

A copy, an e-mail or a web site would be much appreciated.

Thank you
