I am looking for any training material on the writing of pre and post course assessments. The target audiance are geographically spread so the training will need to be either e-Learning, Remote Instructor Led or workbooks etc. Does anyone have any guidance? The target audience are experienced trainers and instructional designers. The tests will be delivered on-line.

Also, if it is quicker and easier I can put you in touch with a learning designer we use who would be able to help. Also, we provide a technology that may help you deliver the assessments if this is still an area to be investigated.

Pre and post tests
As a company we have a LMS and tools capable of delivering a wide range of question types (drag and drop, multiple choice…all the usual). We are also all experienced trainers / training designers but we are looking for some training (e-Learning / remote) to give us a formalised, consistant and effective approach to designing pre / post tests. My research is not throwing up any learning resources that are specific to pre and post tests. Has anyone got any ideas?
