default-16x9

Xebec McGraw-Hill are offering a series of free half-day seminars about how to improve your competitive edge through interactive training. They believe that interactive training will enable individuals to learn specific business and management skills in private, at their own pace and without having to leave the workplace.

These free half-day seminars are taking place in Birmingham (7 March), central London (27 April), Chepstow (15 May), north London (24 May) and Glasgow (14 June). They will each run from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and places are limited to two per organisation and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

These seminars are aimed at HR practitioners, IT and intranet managers and they will provide practical guidelines and organisational case studies on how to introduce and implement interactive training, using stand-alone CD-Roms, intranets and also the internet. The benefits of interactive training as well as the practicalities will be explained by Xebec McGraw-Hill representatives. There will also be guidance on how to develop a business case, HR/IT liaison, creating effective desktop learning environment, how to implement a pilot, how to market the concept and how to support learners.
