many developers of this type of software keep the software to themsleves and sell you services.
Talk to Rob Dear at http://www.camsp.com about keypoint. This is a survey software that has recently been upgraded to deliver and manager 360’s. You can design your own or use the supplier templates – and you can deploy electronically or on paper.
I have been using this product for some time & it is a costeffective solution
