Organised by digital HR publication HRZone, this awards programme celebrates those who are relentless in their quest to craft a thriving workplace culture. This year, the Culture Pioneers judges sought out forward-thinking organisations and leaders who have made a demonstrable and sustainable impact on their company culture – and the response was impressive.
The 2024 shortlist is being revealed across the following categories:
- Learning Award: To celebrate organisations enabling business-critical learning at an individual, team and organisational level.
- Wellbeing Award: To commend organisations taking a holistic approach to employee wellbeing
- Inclusion Award: To recognise businesses making sustainable improvements to diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Brand Award: To praise companies that demonstrate their work culture is authentic to their external brand and values.
- Leadership Award (NEW): To celebrate individuals spearheading progressive people-first actions and behaviours across their business.
