The Learning Business, the flexible learning and development specialists have just launched a new on line Certificate in Management. Building on the experience of Learning Business staff in implementing global open learning programmes with blue chip clients such as British Airways, Castrol International and United Distillers, the programme has been designed to enable first line managers anywhere in the world to access management development using only their normal web browser.

The programme offers a full range of support to managers including proactive online coaching and mentoring, online quizzes and discussion groups and virtual tutorials and workshops.

The programme has a modular structure to provide even greater flexibility to busy managers and has been validated by Edexcel the largest provider of professional and vocational qualifications in the UK.
