Twelve Angry Men and Richard Hale
Two things spring to mind:-
We ran a very successful module as part of our senior management development programmes which included sending people a copy of Twelve Angry Men and asking them to watch and note against a behavioural framework about ten minutes of the video (already cued to the “best bit”) and then come to the workshop prepared to illustrate good/bad behavioural strategies. Probably our earliest example of blended learning? A bit tricky to find VHS copies at that time but I guess it’s on DVD now???

The other is to say that we now use Richard Hale’s excellent book “Impact and Influence” as part of our f@sterclass programmes. You can find out about it and its reviews at Amazon on this link.

The book contains small cases as well as being very practical. A great success on our recent blended programmes. We give everyone on the programme a copy and have Richard as our “disruptive influence” for the coaching and workshop
