Equality & Diversity Training

default-16x9

I would like to provide some Equality& Diversity training, and would be interested to hear of any training organisations that members have used and would recommend. It would be useful to know the context they were used in also, i.e. introductory, legislation based etc. as there is a need to tie in with some specific organisational objectives. Thanks.

  1. Diversity training
Jane Nokes, one of my colleagues, not only delivers training in these areas she is also a mine of information. It would not be appropriate for me to push our own products but I have no hesitation in recommending you contact Jane because she is very ethical about all this and would be happy, I’m sure, to talk about alternative suppliers.
    Her e-mail is: jane.nokes@college-cmps.gsi.gov.uk

  5. Online Diversity Training
Have you ever considered doing it online? We find that with this particular subject area people appreciate the opportunity to work through some of the issues at their own pace. This also allows for reflection and the ability to really examine some of the real life situations put forward and what it means to them. It can also provide a way of supporting individuals back in the workplace as a reference module available 24/7 giving them support when they really need it. We have recently worked with a company to develop an online diversity module. Please contact me if you’d like more information.
