Business Development Styles

I am preparing a training workshop for Business Development Managers and remember using a questionnaire based on the Miles and Snow typology but can't find the notes and can't recall where I got it from, can anyone bridge the gap for me?

There are many variations on the Miles and Snow work. The original article was called Causes of Failure in Network Organisations and was dated 1992. I can’t find my original but I hope that helps in your search.
