Adobe solutions – any ideas?

We have several employees out and about for long periods of time and I would like to distribute our newsletter by our website. I would also like to get our intranet underway, and therefore, want various documents to be available to people via this medium. I thought PDF files would be the best way forward, but when I visted the Adobe site, I got slightly overwhelmed by the plethora of solutions adobe offer. Could anybody advise me which is the best solution to go for? What about Document Server or PDF Online, or just good old Acrobat?

  1. Adobe Acrobat is best for simple solutions
I’ve used Acrobat for sending all types of documents to people all over the world, and it seems the simplest to use, both for the sender and receivers.
Once you set it up, it’s just like another printer – just “print” whatever you want people to read, but send it to Acrobat instead of the printer. Then e-mail or post it on the web.
Like most modern software, it’ll do all sorts of other fancy document management too, but it should fit your needs well.
Hope that’s what you wanted to know!

  2. adobe solutions
I’d definitely go for Acrobat. I’ve not used it excessively but found it easy to use and reliable when I have. To me it is that rarest thing:an essential piece of software, particularly if you are using the internet to sending info to remote clients or employees.
There are add-on programs that can add bells and whistles, but start with the original and genuine. Alternatively you might want to try contacting who specialise in graphics software for advice.
