We do a lot of work in the IT sector and over time, we have noticed that neither staff engagement nor skills gaps are improving. We wrote two blogs about this topic recently:

Our impression is that some senior executives just might be living with low staff engagement as the cost or challenge of fixing it just will not deliver a good return on investment.
